The Mandovi Express is the most popular route train for tourists and other passengers who want to visit Goa, the most famous tourist spot in India. The, daily train, Mandovi Express runs between Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai and Madgaon Junction Goa. Central Railway and Konkan Railway jointly operate this train. Its name comes from the famous Mandovi River in Goa. The train number 10103 leaves from Mumbai at 06.55 and reaches Madgaon at 18.45. Hence, it runs for eleven hours and fifty minutes and covers five hundred and eighty kilometers.
The Train number 10104 runs from Madgaon to CST Mumbai. It starts at 9.30 and reaches at 21.40. There are total 18 stops on its route. It is a well-known express train and preferred choice for the people who want to spend some quality time in Goa. As it is a daily train, people hardly find it difficult to reach Goa from Mumbai and vice versa. It runs on broad gauge with an average speed of 50 kmph. There are First AC, Second AC, Third AC and Sleeper classes as well as general coach in the train.
