Complete Area from Delhi to Andaman and Nicobar Islands is approx 2485 km. The central termins in Andaman is mohanpura bus terminus. The buses moving time starts from 4:30 AM to 12 noon. From New delhi to Port blair overall driving directions for distance upto 2478 kms by road which will take at least 5 days by road , which costs you at least Rs 12390 fuel charges .
