Secunderabad, quite often identified along with Hyderabad is a twin city of the capital city of Telengana State. Secunderabad has a cosmopolitan culture with people from all other parts of India living here together. Comparatively a peaceful city, it houses many corporate companies and organizations. Besides, it is the headquarters for South Central Railway and Army Ordinance Corps. Major part of the city is being occupied by Railways and the Defence department.

City has a tropical dry and wet climate with hot summers. Usually, the summer seasons start from February and ends in June. Monsoon starts from July. Winter season is more pleasant and it starts from October.
